After two years, finally my dream come true with a big block of EPS foam, no more gluing! 3 x 1.2 x 0.6 m or 10' x 4' x 24" these are now the limits (9'2" in length as the workshop is too small). It's 25 kg/m3 (1.5) EPS, denser than the 19 kg/m3 (1.2) used before, that will add a bit of weight I hope to compensate with lighter glassing. I can't wait to work with. The block been too big to be stored anywhere in my castle, ten boards have been cut, mostly mini simmons… But one of next project will definitely by a nine footer!
